A sample walking map
All 'Landscapes' guides contain large scale (1:50,000 or better) walking maps. Most have been prepared by us (especially in the case of destinations like Greece, for which reliable large-scale maps are not commercially available). In a few instances we use military maps or other Ordnance Survey-type maps which are reproduced under licence. The following example of a walking map (in which the walk route is shown in green) is one of those prepared by our own cartographic department and comes from Landscapes of Eastern Provence.
